News and results for Saturday 15th October
Bears – Won both their games.
Hawks – Beat Horwich RMI in an awesome team performance, all ten players could make a claim for man of the match but Alex takes it with his first half six minute hat-trick setting a new team record.
Pumas – A narrow defeat against a very talented Tiki Taka Dortmund side. A great game for the spectators, with all the elements, fast attacking football, good individual performances and some super goals. MOTM Dayne for strong performances in both defence and midfield.
Vipers –
Vikings – Lost with an injury plagued team. Playing with 11 men, two playing with injuries but still put in a great performance. MOTM Ryan Phillips.
Kestrels – Won away to Daisy Hill in a close game.
Wildcats – Lost to Rochdale Girls. They played their hearts out again, came close a couple of times but not to be. MOTM joint between Sophia “jeff’ C showing spirit in midfield and to goalkeeper Sophia F who was yet again on top form.
Sapphires –.
Lions – Won both their games. Some great team goals with Mathew getting man of the match with a great defence splitting pass for a great goal.
Raiders – Won both games, beating Astley & Tyldesley Typhoons and Ringley Park Rangers with the boys playing some great football. MOTM Ollie for some superb finishing and passing.
Falcons – Lost to Mossback JFC Blues with only six players but a great effort from the boys.
Dragons – Beat Middleton Purples. really good performances. Played on the counter-attack and it worked well. MOTM Harrison for always being a threat in behind the defence, scoring a couple of goals and grabbing a couple of assists.

Panthers – Lost to Beechfield.
Sharks – Lost 5-3 with only nine players against e;even, all nine players MOTM.
