Dynamos beat Ramsbottom united
By far the best I’ve seen the Dynamos play this morning. The first 10 minutes was a display of perfect play, quality passing and movement as a team. Michael took to the left wing like a pro and his passing and through balls were something  else resulting in 3 goals in the first 10 minutes. The Dynamos continued to dominate the game and their passing and movement totally out classed the opposition, Michael, Elijah, Neeko and Luca all finding the back of the net, Luca and Neeko both bagging themselves a hat trick. An absolute pleasure to watch.
Kestrels beat Middleton Lads and Girls
Goals at the start of each half saw Kestrels triumph over a steely and physical Middleton team.
The lads brought some flow and creativity to a tough contest during which they endured an array of poor challenges. Nathan and Keane, giving as good as they got at the back, swept up throughout, with Ali making rampaging runs down the right.
Firstly Alex and then Dominik did some fine work in net, with Dominik pulling off the save of the match, diving low towards his left hand post to keep the game at 2-1.
Myles showed some great energy in midfield, and Duke and Joe R set up multiple chances from the wings.
Wilson showed some excellent footwork throughout, setting up an early tap in for Harry.
Man of the Match Dan was industrious, earning the bulk of the free kicks as Middleton looked to break down his creative influence.
For the winner, Joe B collected the ball just inside the Middleton half and pinged a long effort in over the keeper’s head.
Lions beat box academy
It wasn’t our best performance today as we only got out of first gear once or twice. We scored a good couple of team goals and there was glimpse of good play against a weak team. We should of scored a few more but wasted a few chances and their keeper making a few good saves. Jamie, Rocco with 1 each and dj with the other 4. Sam made a good save second half but didn’t have much to do really.  Motm finlay for listening well and taking on-board what we told him. Covering across the pitch when need and playing some good balls down the line to get us on the attack.
Raiders lost to Bridge Hawks
Can’t say this was a bad day at the office, nothing wrong with the football at all. As always the Raiders, the instinct was to pass and move, and to keep the ball, not easy on a patchy and sticky surface. The only difference in this fixture was the finishing, the first half could have gone on until Christmas and the Raiders wouldn’t have scored – the bar and post coming into play on multiple occasions. At the other end, five shots on goal, and five super finishes for a five nil half time advantage for Bridge. Not something the Raiders are used to and a big response needed. A good chat at half time to refocus, exactly the same approach, and a solid two nil second half team performance from Raiders, with goals from Izu and Harrison, with plenty more chances created. Lots of positives to take from this one, and plenty to work on in training. That’s just the way it goes sometimes. Well done Raiders.
Pumas beat Rossendale Valley Wasps
Pumas continue their excellent run of form with a powerful team display against strong opposition. Early exchanges looked like it could be a tough one, before Dayne let loose with a spectacular 20+ yarder to find the top corner – great contender for goal of the season. Pumas in control, heads up, using the width of the pitch and attacking with pace, Alex at the heart of it all and it wasn’t long before he added a second. Wasps always a threat, got one back before the break. More of the same second half, Pumas power and organisation making them very difficult to breakdown. Alex added another before making way in the middle for motm Rasan. Direct, tricky, entertaining, creating one for Isaac to slot home before tapping home the fifth to seal a fine individual performance and another impressive win. Well done Pumas
Tigers lost to Wardle
