Ladybridge Lightning V Hawks win.
Hawks enjoyed a great first game back thanks to the excellent 3G pitch at Ladybridge. Great one for the fans as the Hawks went ahead three times in the match, Josh with the decisive goal in the final minutes. Two well taken goals from Joe, but MotM to Jack, battled well all game with excellent short passes and thorough balls, keeping possession and creating chances.
Sapphires drew with Flixston Girls.
Sapphires first ever game  as a team in this guise. Lots of debuts on the pitch. The girls were unfortunate to be 2 down at half time after showing some clever team play in the middle of the field from Issy and Libby but we could not just put the ball over the line. Second half saw the girls take greater control, become a tighter unit and with some great defensive and keeping work from Gracie Red and Jess it gave the girls a few chances to break with the ball and with goals from a ‘borrowed’ Lilly and debutant Ellie we drew level. Frantic last mins saw a brilliant team defensive display keeping the scores level. MoTM goes to Keeper Nyeletti for her display between the posts. Great fun to watch as a parent.
Chadderton Eagles V Pumas win.
Super start to the new season and 7-a-side format in very challenging conditions on the 3G at Oldham North. High energy from the off, strong in the challenge and good pace and movement going forward, it took the boys 20 minutes to find their groove after which they dominated. Excellent debuts for Eesa and Alex, who marked the occasion with a super hat-trick and a deserving man of the match.
Lions lost to Walshaw .
Bad day at the office for the lions after switching venue from St Marys to heywood 4G.
Bolton Lads and Girls Terriers V Kestrels win.
An entertaining but strange game overall. Good performances across the pitch, just missing a bit of rhythm and tempo at times. MOTM Ethan who did a brilliant job in defence and midfield interchanging with Raquami seamlessly. Another impressive win
Chadderton V Raiders win.
Great start to the season for the lads, some great passing and finishing. Goals 3 for Luca, 2 for Kian and Asa, Ashton and Ollie getting the rest.
Middleton lads club Black V Tigers
A loss for the Tigers in their first game of the season with new manager and the new players.  MOTM Neco in goal.
