Tigers beat Ramsbottom.
An impressive away win for the ever improving Tigers. MOTM Daniel.
Kestrels beat Bolton County
A team we’ve never beaten! A super game from the Kestrels today. 4-0 up after about 10 minutes. The opposition going to 8v7 slowed our progress but didn’t prevent us from dominating further. MoTM goes to Ethan. Absolutely gives his all, comes off the pitch exhausted. His commitment to every tackle and tussle is inspirational, and his growing skill and confidence left the opposition no chance at times. Great dribbling, passing and tackling – the full package today. Well done Ethan and well done all!
Panthers won in the quarter final of the cup.
Hindsford Aces beat Marauders Hawks.
Game of two halves agaisnt a strong side. The boys dug in and battled well taking an early lead and going in level at half time. MotM Kayden excellent midfield performance, great with the ball and tracking back defending and covering when they were in possession.
Jaguars beat Whitworth Valley Whites.
Another fantastic performance today by the boys against a team we have played twice this season and suffered two defeats. A very evenly matched first 10 minutes saw us lose a goal to some well worked Whitworth passing. The loss of the goal sparked us into life with some great passing of our own from defence into attack. The boys quickly got back into the game with 2 great goals, the first a Luca 1v1 nutmeg on the keeper the second a long range block buster from Ben. The second half proved just as competitive but The Jaguars controlled the game well. A goal burst from Freddy, 3 in 8 minutes put the game beyond Whitworth and showed once again just how far this group have come. MOTM Freddy and mentions for Max and Skipper Lucas
Falcons beat Oxford Grove Tigers.
Through to the next round of the cup after a really dominant performance in the baking hot sunshine.  Again struggled for subs due to illness so credit to the players as some of their interplay was excellent and should have led to more goals.  Hat trick for Karl, 2 for Oliver and a really solid defensive display
Walshaw Warriors beat Raiders.
A tough semi final draw against a strong Walshaw side proved just a little too muck for Raiders.  By no means disgraced, Raiders stuck to the task but were just never quite on terms with the opposition. Tireless performances from Tyler and Kian as always, and some intelligent defending from Ollie along with man of the match Asa, all not quite enough on the day. Very well done Raiders on a cracking Cup run
Pumas beat Cheetham Hill.
Last sixteen of the Main Cup and a big derby clash. Tense goalless first half, injury forcing some unplanned changes for Pumas. Nothing between the two teams. A more familiar formation and a game changing performance from hat trick hero and man of the match Isaac, was enough to see Pumas into the quarter finals.  Solid midfield performances from Eesa, James and Alex, and well done Arian for an ‘impossible’ goal line clearance at 2-0.
