Sadly Mack was diagnosed with leukaemia last year, but he has spent his time, in between treatments, helping organise 'an alternative night of entertainment' called ALL THAT MALARKEY, that takes place at the Carlton Club in Prestwich on Friday night, while also raising money through a justgiving page for the charity.
Due to the assistance he has had from Young Lives vs Cancer, Mack and dad Paul (a coach with Wolves) wanted to give something back to help others in similar situations.

Mack said: "Last November, when I was nine, my mum and dad told me I had a type of cancer called leukaemia. I didn't know what it was because I only went to hospital with a rash.
"The medicine made me really poorly and I was in intensive care. I then spent over 100 days in a row in hospital, which was a long time.
"I still have it now, but I am home and am now able to travel to hospital for chemotherapy, rather than stay there. It makes me feel sick and rubbish and I miss playing football. I am also really missing school too - believe it or not.
"Young Lives vs Cancer have helped my mum and dad and me a lot. They have organised some awesome days out, like going to watch my team Manchester United and a trip to Alton Towers.
"Me and my dad had the idea of doing something for the charity to help other families like mine. So dad and his friends have organised an event and I have loved helping out. It has given me a good thing to do."
Although the event is sold out, you can donate via Mack's JustGiving page, with money going to Young Lives vs Cancer.
